CHECKPOINT 7 - Marton Village (34 Miles)

As you start your descent into Lower Furness area you will pass through the rural village of Marton. Make your way through the village where you will find the checkpoint and an opportunity to meet your support crews.

· Refreshments provided – at Checkpoint
· First Aid – at Checkpoint
· Support Vehicle access / parking (Please park sensibly)

Carry on along the route south towards Barrow. From this point onwards, support crews can access all roads.
