Why I'm raising Money: I am supporting Barrow Thorns Junior Basketball, Club, which I have proudly represented as a player, referee and now a coach over many years.
The clubs mini bus broke down in December and the club doesn’t have the funds available to purchase a replacement. The bus is instrumental to club operations as it allows kids who otherwise couldn’t afford to pay travel fees actually get to and from the game venues, most of their games are based around Manchester and Liverpool so as you can imagine, if they all had to take cars fuel bills get out of control quickly.
If you have a couple of quid spare I’d truly appreciate any donations you can make towards all these great causes.

All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
