Why I'm raising Money: This is our first year as a team to challenge ourselves to complete the C2B to raise money for C.R.Y and NWAA. Both of which are charities that our team are very grateful for and without these amazing charities - the younger generation wouldn’t get the chance for a heart screening to make sure there are no abnormalities and if there are they can be detected earlier than usual. - If it wasn’t for the NWAA we wouldn’t have the fast response and high level care that is needed for some of the more complex situations, given where we live in an isolated area getting the urgent care and response from the NWAA is greatly appreciated for families within the area. Both charities are close to all our teams hearts ❤️
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
