Why I'm raising Money: This year I’m going the Keswick to Barrow (40miles) I’m walking for Mind in Furness & plus local charity’s
Mind In Furness and local Affiliated to Mind the leading mental health charity we have been delivering services for over 50 years. Based in an area facing many health inequalities we empower our clients to access all community and society has to offer in order to build resilience. With a holistic approach to recovery we support the whole person which means tackling the root causes of poor mental health-often this is trauma, social deprivation and disadvantage, addressing issues around debt, inappropriate housing, coping skills, educational/vocational opportunities, relationships, etc.

All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
