The K2B walk starts at Legburthwaite and follows a path on the west of Thirlmere, and then via Grasmere, Elterwater, and Hodge Close, to Coniston. The C2B walk starts at Coniston Primary School, and both walks then follow the same route via the east of Coniston, and via Lowick, Marton, and Dalton, to Hawcoat Park Sports Club in Barrow.
