The postponed 2020 Keswick and Coniston walks will be taking place on the 18th September.

We'll be re-opening registration in June  for co-ordinators to add new teams and additional walkers to teams. As well as to take registration fees for those who haven't paid yet (fees paid in 2020 will roll over) - Please Note we are awaiting the Government announced on the next phase of Covid easing before re-opening our on-line Registration Payment system.

Coordinators can modify their teams today. You can remove walkers or swap walkers up to your current registered team size.

Revised timings for September 2021

As daylight hours will be shorter than in May, we'll be making some changes to timings to reduce the risk of walking on dark roads. As such, the Kewick walk will be starting at 06:00 and the dollowing cut-off times will be in place.

Coniston     13:00

Lowick        16:00

Rakes         18:00

Marton      19:00

Dalton       20:00

The Walk Day In Case of Emergency (ICE) phone number has changed. It is now 0777 888 4020. The new number will be printed on lanyards and route cards.

Payment terms

Payment flow and delivery policy

  1. Payments made via the Keswick to Barrow website will be transacted securely via STRIPE.
  2. A payment receipt will be automatically sent to the payer for each transaction, subject to a valid email address being provided on the payment form.
  3. Donation amounts will be automatically publically acknowledged on the website, except where the payer has requested that the donation should be anonymous.

Refund and cancellation policy

  1. If you have made a payment in error, or have paid an incorrect amount, please request a refund via our "Contact Us" form, selecting the "Sponsorship and payments" option. We will respond to your enquiry to verify your details, normally within two working days, and we will issue a full refund subject to confirmation of the request details.
  2. Payments made in respect of the registration fee are used to cover operating costs, and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  3. Donations made to walkers are non-refundable and non-transferrable, except in cases where a genuine error has occured, as described in paragraph 1.
