This year I will be walking the k2b for breakthrough type 1 diabetes. Unfortunately my grandad passed away on the 19th of October last year and suffered for many years with diabetes.
I would like to dedicate this walk to him and my nana who also sadly passed away. Any donations to this amazing charity would be greatly appreciated❤️
