I’ve decided to dust off my trainers to tackle the 40 mile K2B walk, and every step will be dedicated to an amazing friend who was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). She is a true warrior fighting the disease daily with courage, determination, and bravery. Since her diagnosis, MND Scotland has provided her and so many others with invaluable support and guidance. Together with friends, we want to “give back” so they can keep helping people living with MND.
