I've once again dusted off the old trainers to take part in the 40 mile K2B walk. This year every single step I take will be dedicated to an amazing friend who was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. She truly is a brave warrior battling this awful disease every single day with unbelievable courage. MND Scotland have provided her with valuable support and guidance since her diagnosis and therefore we are looking to 'give back' to enable them to continue supporting those living with MND. Thank you so much to anyone who is able to support this worthy charity, every £1 helps.
