Why I'm raising Money: I'm walking for this charity this year as they raise funds for the hospital that saved both my sisters and my eldest nieces lives when she unexpectedly went in to labour hundreds of miles from home in 2020. Without them the 18th July and the 10 days they were in special care following would have had unimaginable outcomes. They showed an amazing amount of kindness to a family who were a long way from home and in a surreal time that no one could enter the hospital to visit and support them. I can never state enough how grateful I am to them for the lives of my family.
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
