Why I'm raising Money: I am walking the Coniston 2 Barrow walk for the sixth time this year to support the charity A Skye Full of Stars. We set the charity up in 2018 after tragically and very sadly loosing my great niece, Skye Mitchell when she was aged 18, the previous year. Skye was a passionate anti bullying campaigner and fund raiser, supporting many local and national young peoples charities. We wanted to carry on Skye's legacy through A Skye Full of Stars. We support children and young people in the Millom area to achieve their dreams and ambitions. To date we have given out over £43,000 to enable them to compete in sports, music, dance, gymnastics, university, school trips and so many other things. Please could you help me and A Skye Full of Stars continue our work and support many, many more local children. Any amount you could spare would be very gratefully received. All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
