Why I'm raising Money: This year I will be tackling the K2B with a group of mates in memory of our mate Taylor's mum Sarah, who sadly died last year due to an undedected engaged heart, which is a diagnosis that falls under the scope of Cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy is a group of conditions that affect the structure of the heart and reduce its ability to pump blood around the body. In the UK, 1 in 250 people have a form of cardiomyopathy - that's approximately 266,000 people currently living with the condition nationwide. By raising money for the British heart Foundation, it would bring us one step closer to raising awareness of the conditions, and to help those affected by cardiomyopathy live a long and fulfilling life. I know times are hard for all but anything you can spare would be much appreciated, thank you 🙏

All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
