Why I'm raising Money: Why I'm raising Money: I’m walking the K2B to help the "unsung heroes" of Lancashire’s roads. Lancashire Blood Bikes operates 365 days a year, often in the middle of the night, ensuring life-saving medical supplies reach hospitals when every second counts. Because they are 100% volunteer-run and receive no government funding, they rely entirely on donations to cover fuel and maintenance. By supporting my walk, you’re directly helping to save lives across our community
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
North West Blood Bikes Lancs & Lakes
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire.
