Why I'm raising Money: We are walking in memory of my darling daughter Jen (forever 25) who died six years ago in June to raise awareness of brainstem tumours and to raise money for the amazing Derian House Children's Hospice where Jen spent her final day. They loved and cared for her and I know she immediately felt safe there. They continue to support me and other bereaved parents providing a safe place for us too - which is a life times work. Thank you so much for your support.
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
