Why I'm raising Money: A little bit of background…
In 2009 my Mum Lorraine (Looby) lost her battle with cancer aged only 38 which left myself age 7, my brother Will age 8 and Dad Jonathan heart broken. We have chose to do the K2B walk as my Mum was a Dalton girl and was helped at Furness General, Royal Lancaster and Preston hospitals and had 5 years in remission due to the support.
So many families each year are affected by cancer and the on going support for both the patients and families is vital! That’s why we (me, Will, Dad & Pete (A life long friend of my dad) have decided to raise funds for Cancer Care! And walk the K2B in honour of my Mum.
Any donations no matter how small go a long way to help make a real difference to people’s lives!

With the above in mind
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
