Why I'm raising Money: This year, team #onevision is raising funds for Marie Curie and Cure Leukaemia .
Marie Curie has been a lifeline for a very close friend and his family, offering support when they needed it most. Cure Leukaemia is also close to my heart, many of you know my dad has been in remission from leukaemia for over 15 years now, but we are aware that one day he will come out of remission and need further treatment and are keen to support charities funding research to hopefully find a cure one day. I am asking for your support to ensure that everyone receives the care they need at the end of life, regardless of the illness and to help to discover cures for blood cancers such as leukaemia.
All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
