This year I’m running the Keswick To Barrow in aid of Mind in Furness to help them ensure that no one faces a mental health crisis alone. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and help them to support people in Barrow, Dalton, Ulverston, and across South West Cumbria with their mental health.
