Why I'm raising Money: Myself and Daz will be taking part in the Keswick to Barrow this year raising funds to support our local hospital’s Acute Stoke Unit in loving memory of my Dad.
Although my Dad wasn’t treated at this hospital, supporting our local community is something he strongly believed in, and it feels like the right way to honour him. Stroke affects so many families, and the work this unit does makes a real difference to patients and their loved ones when they need it most.
We would be incredibly grateful for any sponsorship or donation you may be able to offer. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help support vital care, equipment, and services for stroke patients in our local area.

All donations are made to the Keswick to Barrow Walk Charity. A percentage of this donation will be used to fund the cost of the walk and support local charities in South Cumbria/North Lancashire. The remainder of the donation will be donated to the Walker's (Team) nominated charity(ies) as listed below.
